Refund Policy - the basics

All sales are final unless otherwise stated below. Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
Proof of damage or defect (photos or video) is required prior to approval.
Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved.

Installed, used, or modified products
Custom or special-order items
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, road debris, or normal wear and tear

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
